Time: 30-40 Minutes      Serves: 2-3

1 lb of Ground Lamb
2 Green Onions (finely chopped)
1 Tbsp Italian Seasoning
1 Tsp of Basil
Sea Salt
*Note: You can always add more seasoning if desired!

1. Preheat Oven to 350.
2. In a bowl mix your Lamb, Green Onions & seasoning.
3. Form meat into two (or more) burgers patties.
4. Depending on the size burgers will vary the cooking time, for two burgers 30-40 minutes was plenty of time.
5. Once finished add the toppings of your choice!
